Located along the Path 536 to Monesteroli, at 150mt above sea level, it extends over 500sqm of terraced land.
The main house is on 2 floors: on the ground floor you will find the kitchen and dining room while on the second floor the bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one with a private terrace with sea view and the other with a small lounge area with fireplace and sofa bed.
Outside, a large terrace with dining table, deck chairs and barbecue.
The annex instead, a few meters from the main one, consists of a double bedroom with kitchenette and a small bathroom.
Outside, at your disposal, a solarium with wooden floor and outdoor shower.

Parking is available on the street approximately 30 minutes from the house.
So after parking the car, you can reach the house by walking along the path and the Staircase of Monesteroli.
Therefore we recommend comfortable clothing, suitable shoes and bags or backpacks as light as luggage.
We also suggest that you bring a torch for evening check-ins.
