Flexible Standard Cancellation Policies:

Cancellations within 7 days from the check-in date: no penalty and refund of the deposit

Cancellation from the sixth day before the check - in date: penalty of 100% of the stay.



Non-refundable cancellation policies:

Payment upon booking of the entire amount of the stay.

No refund is provided in the event of cancellation -  With Scalapay you confirm your reservation immediately and pay in 3 instalments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer."

THE FEE INCLUDES:

electricity, water, gas and bed linen, "COURTESY KIT" (toiletry kit), final cleaning with certified and sanitizing products following the guidelines of safe hospitality.
