It was very challenging to talk to the host when asking for the entrance directions again, as initially they texted the wrong code. The village is beautiful so it was okay to wait, however, wasted a lot of data getting it solved. When asking to resolve an issue, the individual stated they had to talk to the manager and would not reply back after. The sheets were not clean, and the towels also had someone else’s nose drippings. There was time given to resolve this, however, they chose not to respond.
