The location just off the Plaza was spectacular and seeing water from the windows was lovely. The space is tiny and the steps were worth it.The communication was difficult; however. After booking, the content of the emails were only in Italian with no option for English, but the main issue was that our power went out in the night due to a storm and they didn’t respond to 4 messages I sent through VRBO and 2 voicemail messages to the help desk I made the following day. I got desperate by the next evening and posed as a rental owner to reach a live person, who did send someone to fix it from La Spezia.Overall, it was a great place just know that communication and response times didn’t seem to be a strong point.

Perfect location in Vernazza just off the main port veranda. The town is very quiet after dark and just beautiful all around. Take a sunset cruise - it is so very worth it. Apartment is perfect for a couple on a romantic trip.
