We only stayed here one night after staying in another property for two nights. We had to switch due to availability. Our first place had amazing views but that’s what you get with 137 steps. This place is ground level! It was cooler than our other place in general plus it had AC. A major thunder and lightning storm came through so the whole village was hunkered down and we found the large covered patio worked out great. With a delicious fresh market 100 meters away we desired to cook rather than get drenched going out to dinner. We loved dining under the awning and watching the storm. It also proved to be easy to ge to the train for our 7 am departure. No stairs to navigate in the downpour plus close to train station. If you don’t mind walking to see Monetrossa’s cute streets but want quiet off the beaten path I’d strongly consider this location. Beach nearby is great and less crowded (or that was due to weather change). Rooms are tight and adult kids had to sleep in bunks but with AC were fine with it compared to our other place.

The best thing about the apartment is that it's close to the beach in a quiet area. It's an easy walk to restaurants or the city center. The wifi worked great.The apartment feels adequate, but not special. For example, artwork was lacking (e.g., a small picture on a huge wall) and the couch was covered with a sheet. The bathroom throw rugs weren't clean. The toilet seat was cracked and would pinch you. The front window did not secure adequately so you must put down the shade for security. Communication was a bit clunky. At times, Federico did not respond to my advance questions in a timely manner. It seemed like with a small effort the apartment could be really lovely (providing coffee, some salt and pepper, etc.).

This was a super great location and the host was very responsive & easy to work with. Loved the outdoor patio area as well.

Can’t say enough good things about this apartment. Little giant is a perfect name. Great location well appointed in the space is perfectly designed. The host was incredibly responsive. Check-in was simple. Highly recommend.
